The Erasmus program allows students to take advantage of the following opportunities:

  • a network of Erasmus+ exchanges with European universities which offer advanced modules in the areas of tourism management, including: Parnu (Estonia -Tourism and SPAs), Lyon 2, Caen and Chambery (France), Stralsund, Lubeck and Heilbronn (Germany), Aveiro (Portugal), Girona, Viana de Castelo (Spain), Dalarna (Sweden), Anglia-Ruskin, Manchester (UK).
  • internship abroad programs (Erasmus Placement), with companies, museums, local agencies, DMOs related to tourist mobility, to visit planning, the organization of events, and the interpretation of cultural and natural heritage (Austria, France , Germany, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Portugal, UK, Spain).

The project “WAT-HER-MINES: Interpreting European Industrial Heritage” is dedicated to Europe's industrial heritage and looks into how urban development, cultural legacy, and visual perception of post-mining and other industrial operations in Europe might be influenced by underground and aquatic surroundings.

 

 

Hogskolan Dalarna (Sweden), Università degli studi di Bergamo (Italy), Haute Ecole Provinciale de Hainaut - Condorcet (Belgium) and Centar za urbani razvoj UDC (Serbia), are partners of the project.

Students of Planning and Management of Tourism System can be selected for the intensive study program and experience the opportunity to study on-field how industrial heritage can be valorized, interpreted and protected.
